the location is awesome for seeing the city.. the staff were friendly and helpful, always smiling. i enjoyed the spa area, especially the pool it was very relaxing. i spent time there most afternoons.. the breakfast was also great it had a wide selection.
the room service was slow i ordered tea one evening and it never arrived i had to remind them. our room was a bit small for what we paid i booked a beautiful double or twin room river view, but it felt more like a standard room. it was also a bit noisy from street traffic.

wow, what a hotel! i love it!

the breakfast had so many choices, even for non-meat eaters like me, it was yummy! the hotel and our room was super clean, i was very impressed. all the staff i met were super nice and helped with everything i needed. the hotel location is awesome because i could walk everywhere and the city sights was super! i will be back, that is for sure.
the pillows were kinda too soft, i would have liked them more firm, but it wasn't a big deal.

the river view room had cushioned window seats, i used them all the time! there was tasty retro furnishings too, it looks very premium. the room was very big, so there was space for everything.

i had the best breakfast ever here. i got fresh fruits and yogurt, also a good choice of cereals and nuts, so many options! a coffee machine was in the room, and complimentary water was nice too.

the staff ensured quick check-in. i found the room very clean and the bed was comfortable. the breakfast had fresh options and various choices. the wellness center has a pool, a sauna, and a steam room, all well kept.
I had to wait longer than expected, slightly inconvenient, but not a significant problem.

I had a junior suite. It offered a spacious window that provided a clean atmosphere. The complimentary bottles of water were replenished regularly.
THE phones DIDN'T work. We had to go to the reception for communication.

My room had a really nice view of the city and the river. the room was spacious. I liked the pool and spa. the location was convenient. I could walk to most places.
the pillows were not comfortable. the double bed had single blankets. i wanted to spend some time at the spa, but the water was cold. many guests occupied the available sunbeds, but no one was in the water.

The breakfast was good. All staff seemed friendly and always smiling.
The room I get was quite outdated. It do not resemble those pictures on app. It did not feel luxury, like a five-star hotel should. I think the hotel better rated a 3.5/4 star than a 5, because it did not had that luxury feel and it is rather outdated.
